We had my father’s 70th birthday party here last night and it was fabulous! The room was perfect for our family of 25. It had a great outdoor area which the children really enjoyed! The service was A+ the staff were so friendly, welcoming and most importantly accommodating to the many dietary/allergies/food restrictions in our family. The food was so good, especially the bread! We are still talking about the bread today ;). The staff were kind and patient with the children and their many Shirley Temple orders, spills and chaos! We had a great night thanks to your amazing team and location!

Had my wedding at The Post Mark this past June. Everything was perfect. Excellent location and the staff went above and beyond with the service. Even when there was a problem with the venue space, the managers Kseniia and Trish were incredibly proactive and generous in coming to me with a solution. The restaurant and bar staff were incredible, I heard lots of compliments from guests about the service. Room was lovely, as was breakfast in the morning. Thank you so much for a perfect day.

My husband and I booked a stay at The Postmark for our wedding night. We were excited to celebrate such a special occasion at what we believed would be a high-end and comfortable hotel. However, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were placed in a Terrace King room located in the basement. The room smelled strongly of mildew, felt humid, and was uncomfortably warm at around 23°C. We immediately requested a room change. To the staff’s credit, we were promptly moved to a Deluxe King room on the main floor, which was a noticeable improvement. This was our second stay at The Postmark. Unfortunately, both visits have been underwhelming. During our first stay, the room temperature was stuck at 27.5°C. When we asked the front desk to adjust it, we were told that it could not be lowered below 21°C. During this most recent visit, we found out that the Deluxe King room we ended up in was about $100 less per night than the Terrace King we had originally booked. When we asked the front desk for a rate adjustment to reflect the room we actually stayed in, we were told it was not possible because “today’s rate is different from when you booked.” However, after checking, I discovered that the rate when we booked was actually higher than the current rate, making their explanation unclear and inconsistent. We were offered a $50 credit toward our parking fee as compensation, but the hotel refused to adjust the room rate to reflect the downgrade. This left us disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a memorable and joyful night. While the hotel is visually beautiful, we do not feel the quality of service or overall experience matched the price. After two unsatisfactory stays, we will not be returning.
