The Premiere Pekanbaru

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great overall experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated that the room was newly renovated. It felt fresh, modern, and very well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything I needed. I had a small issue during my stay, but thankfully the staff handled it professionally and quickly offered a satisfactory resolution. Their attentiveness and willingness to help really stood out and made a big difference. Service throughout the hotel was excellent—friendly, responsive, and efficient. I also appreciated how well-kept the facilities were. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. While the selection was fairly average, everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. The dining area was also clean and comfortable. I’d definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-serviced hotel.

Premiere is always such a treat! If you are planning a meeting or event in Pekanbaru, this is the best hotel to choose. They are always ready to help with whatever you need, whether its for a guest room or other accommodations. They will make sure everything goes smoothly and that you are happy. I have had such a great experience with Premiere! Their staff is so kind and welcoming. I really hope they continue to shine and be there for us every step of the way

Very recommended hotel in Pekanbaru.. they have strategic location.. clean room.. delicious food and beverage.. very nice frontliner and very quick respond sales person. We always have a compliment while stay in these hotel.. love it!!
