The service was really exceptional and they tried their best to accommodate my many requests. This is the first time I liked a hotel so much that I extended my stay. I even used the gym and pool which I normally don't. The rooms are quite unique and spacious, the complimentary mini bar was nice to have and the breakfast menu to order was also good. If I were to fault anything it would be that one of the rooms I stayed in on the 3rd floor, the toilet wasn't cleaned. But I think this was just an oversight and not the usual standard. Overall happy with my stay and kudos to the team. Well done!

Outstanding hotel located within walking distance of most Georgetown attractions. The hotel is modern, super clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet with made to order options. Rooms are spacious, and well equipped. The in-room 3M water filtration system is an added feature, not previously experienced on my many travels. We all enjoyed the roof-top salt water pool. My family and I spent three memorable nights at this hotel. Thank you all for the special welcome for my 80th Birthday. I highly recommend this hotel, and thank you all.

The room was spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable—definitely up to 5-star standards in terms of comfort and cleanliness. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The variety was limited and did not meet the expectations one would have for a 5-star hotel. A wider selection and higher quality options would significantly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a great stay with excellent ambiance and accommodation, but the breakfast could use improvement to truly match the hotel’s rating.
