The Prince Akatoki London

First, I would like to thank Adrian & Karen for making our stay pleasant, comfortable and memorable in the hotel. The service was exceptional. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality! My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The entire atmosphere was warm, cozy, and incredibly hospitable. Loved how they leave a trolly in the reception with complimentary drinks. Everything was spotlessly clean. I have tried the room-service breakfast and it was exceptional, the eggs and portobello mushrooms were so yummm.

Great location for shopper as it closed to Oxford street. We stay at room 509. The setting of this room make it spacious for us. Eventhough there is a few steps between bed and bathroom which may not ideal for elderly. The flushing button is quite hard to push. But we like that the hotel switch on the heater in bathroom all the time so the temperature is just right for bathing. The choice for breakfast, although limited, is nice.

Great location, 10min walk to marble arch, Oxford Street, selfridge. Very nice rooms and hotel setting. Prices are reasonable for a 5 star but service wasn't really. The house keeping were constantly confused, came in when DND was turned on and didnt show when it was off. Beer taken from fridge was never replaced. Other than that, it's quite a good spot to stay when visiting London.
