Clean hotel with great facilities. The staff is always kind. Located by the Shinagawa train station, which practically means you can go anywhere from here. The gym is very well equipped, their breakfast offers many options for all (adults, children, vegan) and great drinks and coffee by a beautiful Japanese garden viewed from big windows on the walls. A recommended stay!

First time visiting Japan. My Son's High School Graduation present, so the pressure was on. I did a lot of research before we started our adventure. Staying at The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo took a lot of pressure away. The respectful and kind people whom work here relieve any stress you might feel. The overall services and amenities were perfect because the employees made you feel like family. This location is ideal but running in and out of this property surrounded by kind, respectful and smiling people, really made our experience so meaningful 😊

Can't do half stars but location is good but more 3.5 than 4. Dissapointed with my corner room which wouldn't cool down even after I raised the issue with the hotel. Luckily it was only used for a few hours to sleep but even still, very warm! Staff were very friendly, hotel was very clean. Breakfast was OK but probably not worth the cost and hot drinks took ages to arrive. Rooms need upgrading. Overall probably a 3.5 but given 4.
