10/10 experience! I’m a backpacker and I booked this hotel to take a break from hostel life, it’s such a nice establishment at a very affordable price. Super quiet and beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They let me check out at 2pm instead of noon, and were always ready to help out with anything :) Highly recommend!

Rooms lovely and clean but the balcony was in the shade, sofa was really uncomfortable. Photos looked better than in real life. Pool area is very shaded if you're looking for a tan, not great. Location is ideal if you want to be near the bars and restaurants but not in the thick of it on a night time when you want to sleep Staff are super friendly & helpful.

I wish I could give a better review since the people that work here are so incredibly nice and couldn’t do enough for you, however… there is a lot to be desired here and this is certainly not a 5 star hotel. Amenities: no cafe or restaurant on site. No phones in the rooms to contact the front desk. No hand towels, very little soap or toiletries provided. AC in the room required blasting for 24 hours until the room is properly cold. Sealing of balcony, front door and windows isn’t great so mosquitos and other bugs get in easily. We had two cockroaches in our room in a 3 night stay - probably because of some heavy rain but one came up through the bathroom sink which was an unpleasant surprise. The safe was broken as was the shower head. The paint was peeling on the wall and the sheets were stained. Plus side: Hotel was completely empty which was nice. Pool was a great temperature and seemed clean. Location is great away from the craziness but near local markets. I can understand how this hotel may have been a 5 stars when it was originally built but has fallen a long way since then. That being said, the price per night was unbeatable - you get what you pay for :)
