Certainly a very upscale hotel by Cambodian standards, but certainly not 5 star compared to international standards. Even after my stay, I couldn't tell the difference between The Privilige Floor by Lotus Blanc and the “normal” Lotus Blanc, neither in terms of quality nor price. The room was relatively large and normally furnished. The breakfast offers a fairly large selection, but the quality is mediocre. The WiFi is often extremely slow! Strange when checking out: someone is notified by radio to check the room you have just left, then you can leave. Well, credit card was on file as usual. Since the same thing happened to other people leaving, I didn't draw any conclusions about my appearance or behavior, but it was strange... Overall, considering the price quoted, a satisfactory performance, certainly ok for 1-2 days but no more.
