The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel

Great experience at the Promenade. Beautiful new hotel in front of the sea. Location is only 7 min from Viale Ceccarini and 10 min from the station. Spa is small and it was very crowded and loud as a group of people were allowed at the same time as us. Overall is a nice ambient. My room was lovely and extremely clean. Rooftop and restaurant are stunning. The only weakness is the breakfast. Not for a 5 stars hotel in Italy. We asked for 2 crepes and they were very cold. I would have expected hot food but there was nothing. A huge compliment goes to all staff in every ambient, from the welcoming to the spa, going from the restaurant to the rooftop. Polite and friendly service. Everyone very professional with a gorgeous smile. The staff make the hotel looking even more beautiful than it is already.

Wow we are amazed! The best hotel we’ve been at. We stayed here 2 nights. Enjoyed the awesome sauna and pools. The luxury sushi. It is very clean and the interior design is absolutely amazing. It is so worth 5 star. The only thing we didn’t like is the receptionist didn’t tell us the parking would be a €100 charge and we were a bit surprised at this bill when we were checking out. Other than that we highly recommend. ✨

When arrived with kids at rooftop bar, not very welcome.... Had to ask for menu (while enough waiters)... Last year they where mutch better.....
