Good accommodation, was better than I thought it was going to be. Comfy bed with a great hot shower. Clean tidy rooms with all the normal extras. Last minute accommodation while working in the area. Close to the Sporting Globe for dinner and drink which i recommend, although there is a restrant down stairs at reception if the pub isn't your seen. Will be back when in the area again.

Amazing place to stay in very cold Ballarat. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Ballarat. Beautiful decor and well-appointed rooms. When we arrived we were given room upgrade which meant having to walk upstairs, but staff offered to assist and we arrived in huge room that was so comfortable. Great stay

We went as a last minute trip and Andrew was able to help us out with a room only a few days out (we stayed with kids). We stayed in the Lola deluxe, which was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed. In the room, there was a spa bath, and shower. The team also set up a trundle bed in the room (which we had requested). The breakfast in the Lola restaurant in the morning was a treat too - we got the choice of either a continental breakfast board (fruit, yoghurt, muesli, pastry etc) or a full cooked breakfast plate. All were made to order, and no hotel buffet-style food. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!
