I had a wonderful stay at The Public Ortaköy! The hotel is absolutely beautiful — very modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time due to an early flight, and they kindly offered me a complimentary early check-in, which was a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey. Every detail of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere is calm and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chic and comfortable stay in Istanbul!

We highly recommend this hotel! Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the room was spotless, and everything was in perfect working condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find two air conditioners: one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which made a big difference during the summer heat. Housekeeping was offered daily, and the cleanliness was consistently excellent throughout our 3-week stay. The location is quiet and peaceful — ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. You can truly enjoy some rest here, away from the noise and crowds. A special thank you to the staff for their attentiveness and kindness. They were always willing to help, and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back again!

I had a wonderful stay at The Public Ortaköy. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out – perfect for both relaxing and working. The service was outstanding: the staff were always courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful. One evening, when one of us fell ill, the reception team went above and beyond by trying to get medication from a pharmacy – even late at night. That level of care truly impressed me. The location was another big plus: very central, with plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. At the same time, the hotel is tucked away just enough to offer a peaceful and quiet atmosphere – the best of both worlds. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay here again!
