The Pucic Palace

This hotel is perfect right in the centre of the old town. It has the beautiful old charm of hotel of its period. The bathroom could do with a bit of tlc in parts. Wonderful toiletries, slippers, robes. Complementary water, coffee,tea and nuts. The staff were wonderful they couldn't do enough for you. We had two very early start day trips and they prepared a lovely breakfast bag. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was menu style. great choice from home made granola with yogurt and fruits to eggs florintine and more, lovely bread rolls and filled pastries, coffee and juice. You cannot beat the location for this intimate little hotel. Our room overlooked one of the squares with its cobbled streets. But what really made it was the staff in this hotel they were so welcoming from the moment we booked to when we arrived for that its was one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

Wow, what a treat to have stayed at The Pucic Palace! Where do I start - the staff were SO incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgable. We ended up knowing some of the staff by name and would be happy to chat with them during our 3-night stay. They took the time to show us parts of the city on our walk in, provide us with a map, and walk us through the amenities in our room. The hotel itself is pristine and absolutely gorgeous. Our room was jaw-dropping - we felt like royalty staying here. It was fairly quiet at night despite being in the absolute best location in the heart of Dubrovnik - we LOVED the close proximity to really any activity we were planning on doing. The hotel breakfast was nice, too. I can't say enough good things about The Pucic Palace and I hope & pray to stay there again one day!

When looking for a convenient and elegant place to stay in the historic center of Dubrovnik, this is the place to stay. Airport pickup and being escorted to the hotel made the trip hassle free. We loved our time here and only wished it would last longer.
