I recently visited this spa and had an amazing experience! I booked a full body massage and a facial chemical peel, and both services exceeded my expectations. The massage therapist was incredibly skilled, providing the perfect balance of pressure that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance of the spa was calming and serene, enhancing the overall experience. The facial chemical peel was expertly done, and my skin has never looked better. It feels smoother, brighter, and more refreshed. The staff took the time to explain the process and aftercare, which made me feel confident and well cared for. I came here for girl’s trip, 2 of my friends and my daughter to stay one night and we had a great time here. For one night stay, happy hour drinks and cheeseboard and complimentary ( really good) breakfast were included which was amazing. The place was serene and I loved that there didn’t have many rooms so not many ppl were around the pool. The hot jacuzzi was nice and pool was fun with little waterfall . We will def come back!

I have been to The Purple Orchid twice now for spa services and to swim in the pool and use their cabanas. Both times, booking was easy and the team was responsive during preparation however there were some pain points. Both times we had a group and were forced into a package that included a cabana. The cabanas are not near the pool and we didn’t use them so it felt like a waste of money. The spa does not allow outside food or beverages because they want guests to purchase from their menu. The menu was limited and the service was horrible. It took us over 45 minutes to receive our drinks and pre made sandwiches. It seems the spa does not have a designated server for the pool which caused large gaps of time when there was no one to be found for orders. Both times my experience was disappointing. I would not go back again.
