His patience, resourcefulness, and commitment to finding the best solution made all the difference in turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Thank you for your outstanding support, Louis! Additionally, the room was very clean and breakfast good spread!

Would have been given a 5 star rating if not for the incompetency of the front desk staff. First was the given notice of a leak in the bathroom and the second was the failure to inform about the validated parking ticket. Aside from these incidents, we are happy with our stay...the concierge and the housekeeping staff were excellent. The close proximity to malls and event halls were a blessing. Definitely will stay again there.

Stayed in an executive club room for 2 nights. Location is fantastic: across the road from Komtar and right upstairs from Hai Di Lao and Bangkok Thai Spa. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Air con thermostats could do with some checking though: it's either blowing cold or not blowing at all. Gym is spacious and equipment are new. Swimming pool is always cold. Food at the lobby restaurant was fine. But the food at the club lounge on weekday breakfasts, tea time and evening cocktails was disappointing: limited in variety and completely unsatisfying. Breakfast on weekdays is very bare bones. Even with the drinks during evening cocktails, you're only limited to choosing from 1 cocktail, 1 mocktail, 1 beer, 1 red wine and 1 white wine! And all this is not made clearly known on their website. This brings me to their service which was inconsistent and overall a disappointment. Staff are superficially friendly, they smile and say hi and then are not helpful anymore and I'd need to go look for them to ask for another drink. On the first day in the club lounge, one staff would be willing to help make other drinks not on the menu, but on the second day, another staff would not make a gin and tonic instead of a tequila and tonic because it's not the "cocktail of the day" - I'm sure the gin is just in the cupboard and it's a small effort to make a customer happy. You cannot check in/out at the club lounge, I was given wrong information twice, they don't allow you to eat outside food in the lounge outside mealtimes (even though their options are so limited), and they were not able to arrange a later checkout even for 30min. The staff really need to be better trained, especially when you compare them to the quality at Doubletree Hilton just down the road. Probably will not come back any time soon.
