Great location. Easy to walk to Icon Siam. Great breakfast. Kind staff. Has a small shop similar to 7 Eleven. The bed in the superior king room is hard. The hotel is showing signs of aging. The pool is nice.
My child was injured in the hotel and needed to be hospitalized under general anesthesia. I didn't mean to embarrass the hotel nor did I want the hotel to bear all the responsibility. I just felt that they should show goodwill and sincerity instead of being indifferent. I asked the hotel for CCTV footage of the moment of injury, and they replied that they couldn't capture it from that angle. They didn't even apologize. In the end, a male staff member (supervisor?) even replied to me okay , no problem ! The staff, environment, food, and swimming pool are all good, but the handling of this incident is quite disappointing! As a loyal customer of the brand, this has made me lose confidence in you! After all, this was indeed caused in a public area, and it is inevitable that it will happen to children again in the future. This is an issue that must be taken seriously.
Avoid this hotel — rude, arrogant staff and terrible customer service. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this hotel. My elderly parents arrived late at night to check in, only to be told their reservation had been cancelled without any prior confirmation or notice. There was no apology, no effort to help, and no sense of responsibility from the staff — especially the receptionist on duty, who was incredibly rude and arrogant. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer assistance, they acted like it was none of their business — as if they just wanted to wash their hands clean and push the guests out the door. This is not how you treat paying customers, let alone elderly ones who were left stranded late at night. What’s even more disappointing is that I had stayed here before and found the rooms quite nice. But after this experience, I will never return. It only takes one disrespectful and unprofessional staff member to destroy the entire reputation of a hotel. If you care about basic respect and decent treatment, I strongly advise you to stay elsewhere.
