The Quay Boutique Hotel

Can only comment on the restaurant/bar on the top floor. We received very good service. Food was above average but not amazing, nothing wrong with it. Had quite a few cocktails which tasted great but weren't very strong. Happy hour prices make it sweeter. But its a great setting, and a great place to look over the riverside as the sun goes down and night comes on. Really nice view Brought our children once, no problems. Waitresses played with them during quiet service times.

Not very good experience so far. Standard rooms are very musty. I was happy to pay extra $25 for a room with window and the smell was much better. However, the room was hardly clean, balcony door doesn't lock, and had to ask for pillows to be changed as they smelled of sweat. Hopefully some compensation might be offered, but at this point, I will not recommend. Perhaps when tourists pick up, they will be able to maintain the place better. Good luck 👍🏼

This hotel has perhaps been abandoned. Rooms are smelly. Dusk almost everywhere - looking like nobody has ever cleaned it! Even plants inside the lobby are dying. Included breakfast is only fried eggs. Staff? Not friendly. Unless it is renovated and service improved, you should not be staying here. The price and the room service and the room itself do not match.
