The Qube Hotel Chiba

Nice hotel with large rooms, an abundant breakfast and a great onsen. 10 min walk from the closest train. 18 min from Chiba station. Amazing view from the breakfast restaurant at 21st floor. A few new dishes every morning. Both western and Japanese breakfast. More conbini are next to the hotel.

Navigating my stay at the Qube Hotel presented a bit of a mixed bag. While the promise of a comfortable stay was partially fulfilled, some aspects definitely left room for improvement. One of the initial hurdles was the hotel's location. Situated quite a distance from the train station, getting around without relying on other transport options proved to be a bit inconvenient. Adding to this, the hotel offers a shuttle service, but information about it in English seemed limited, which could be challenging for international travelers. Inside the room, the difference between the single and king-size bed options was quite noticeable. Opting for a single bed meant a less impressive experience compared to the king-size room. The latter not only offered a more spacious and comfortable bed but also boasted a better view and the convenience of nearby charging spots – small details that significantly enhance the overall stay. While the king-size room naturally comes with a higher price tag, the added comfort and amenities seemed to justify the extra cost. Overall, the Qube Hotel has its merits, particularly if you're considering the king-size rooms. However, the distance from public transport and the language barrier concerning the shuttle service are factors to keep in mind, especially for those prioritizing accessibility and ease of communication.

Hotel spa ok but area around hotel seen better days. Chiba area has much too offer just not need this hotel.
