Had a lovely stay at the Randolph hotel! Stayed 2 nights - no complaints staff very helpful and friendly! Food good! Good location for Southwold! Only tip we thought the room would automatically be made up - but was told we should have put the door requesting this to be done!
The room we stayed in was superb. All hotel staff were polite and helpful. A lovely village location and only a 12 minute walk to Southwold.
Went here for a carvery and never again, first the portion of meat are super small and beef undercooked for my liking, then to make that worse the chef was cutting the meat then putting it on your plate with his hands. Also he used the same knife for each meat you should use separate knifes, then only one tong for the potatoes and sausages both should have there own tong and the gravey was like water live in Wangford and only went as they have started doing a carvery. Next time waveney or sizewell for a carvery. Very disappointed.we was a group of 7 and all thought the same.
