Amazing, amazing,amazing. The food 10/10, the accommodation stunning and spacious. The service was impeccable, I had an amazing time at the Rasmus with my tribe. It was worth every single penny spent, I will be back. I love the intimate feel and serenity you offer!
We had a lovely stay. Staff very professional and sorted out problems quickly. There was builders on the premises and the room we booked there was a lot of noise, but they quickly moved us to another room. Dinner was lovely and breakfast as well. Some water issues as well, but was quickly sorted out. Thank you Rasmus.
Beautiful setting, hotel well presented. However, our room (10) was a disappointment. Advertised as a room with views of the pond and garden but in actual fact our room had views of the highway and back of the kitchen. The room is in need of a "spring clean". Dirty carpet, smelly kitchen cupboards and shower needs a tile scrub. The toilet should have been a wall mounted toilet but had been built as a floor toilet making it very difficult as too low for an elderly person like me! Dining room service good in the beginning of our stay however was not consistent with the change of managers. Definitely not a five star hotel and I will not stay there again on future visits to Pretoria.
