The Rathbone Hotel Fitzrovia

We had a great 2 night stay at the Rathbone. You feel relaxed as soon as you settle in to your beautiful room. High ceilings, super comfortable beds. The shower (with choice of rain shower, hand held or standard) felt great after a day hiking. And the parlor bar was fantastic for drinks in the evening and coffee in the morning. We look forward to visiting again!

We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. Firstly, the location is central to wherever you want to go. We got the club room which was spacious with a king bed. There wasn’t a great view, but the room itself was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. The bathroom was good size with amenities as well. The lobby was also very pretty and the staff was very friendly. There are only 5 floors, so if you want a really high floor this is not for you. The hotel is right at charlotte street with is buzzing with many restaurants so you can just walk out and get coffee/lunch or dinner. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

This is an old old old hotel. Maintenance has obviously been zero for the past several years. Everything single item of furniture or bathroom fitting needs to be replaced. The only small consolation is that the beds are comfortable. The check in was fast and friendly. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish I had taken pictures of the room in all it's misery.
