It was an amazing weeklong stay. Kadavu is a serene escape with breathtaking views. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Front desk service staff is exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile., special thanks to Miss Adthiya. The hospitality enhanced my overall experience of 7 days making it comfortable and memorable. A must visit place with perfect retreat for relaxation and nature lovers in Kozhikode.
Ours was getaway trip for one day, and we were not expecting a grandiose affair as it was not located in a far off scenic area, it was very last minute plan. But to our pleasant surprise the rain enhanced the ambience of the place. The service and warmth of all staff within the property were impeccable. Will suggest maintenance and upgrade to rooms and amenities as it is a bit off from the present world standards.
An awesome place to stay.. Hospitality is top notch. The letdown was when asked to match prices available on another website they refused even after sending screenshot. The cost of dinner as informed via phone by the reservation team was less than what it actually is. Felt that the reservation team needs improvement.
