The Red Lion Inn

First time eating here and we are local to the area. Fantastic food and service, food was hot and very tasty.. I'm very fussy when eating out and will complain if need to, but this place is spot on. Great service from friendly staff, great atmosphere in the building everyone seems happy and getting along which makes a place. Toilets are clean and tidy. We could not fault the place....I would say that for the quality of food and service and for the atmosphere of the hotel I would say its my favourite local by far..Will definitely be going back. Keep up the great work.

We only had dinner at the Red Lion so cannot make a comment on the rooms, but there was plenty of car parking space. Our meal was absolutely delicious and the service was very good. We had gluten free and vegan meals as well as fish and meat dishes (there were 4 of us with different diets). I would definitely go back again

What an absolute gem of a find! This is such a fantastic pub that is set up for families and couples alike. My partner and I came here for her birthday and we were not disappointed at all. The service was first class and all the team were very friendly and attentive, as for the food - delicious on every level. Varied menu with good portion sizes and really well cooked. Our cocker spaniel was given heaps of attention and fuss which just added to a fantastic evening. Thank you for helping to make our meal that bit more enjoyable and special.
