The Renwick Hotel

When I checked in, I was warmly greeted by Tee at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After completing my check-in, I went for a walk, but upon returning to my room, I discovered an issue. I reached out to Tee, and she was quick to assist. Not only did she immediately arrange for me to be moved to a new room, but she also personally inspected the new room to ensure there were no issues. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Keep up the great work, Tee!

Great location. Great ambiance. Great hospitality. Jasmine at the front desk took care of us right away and made us feel special. Everyone was welcoming. The rooms were spacious for a NYC room and the bed was awesome.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the price we paid — but what we got felt like Motel 6-level service. Booked stay for 4 nights but the hotel did not live up to the hype. • The window blinds kept falling off every time we tried to open or close them — clearly neglected maintenance.(photo attached) • The air conditioner barely worked and made loud, disturbing noises all night. • Shockingly, a part of the ceiling collapsed in the middle of the night(photo attached) , ruining the clothes beneath it— this was not just inconvenient but a serious safety hazard. • A night staff member (possibly named Jessica) was rude and unprofessional when questioning us about storing food in the fridge. The irony is, their own staff had told us the staff fridge was broken and directed us to use the common one. • Housekeeping was completely careless. Despite booking for four people, they kept leaving only two towels and two water bottles. This happened repeatedly, as if they had no idea who was actually staying in the room. For the money we paid, this was nowhere near the level of service or comfort expected. Instead, it felt like we were staying at a budget roadside motel. Would not recommend. The only pros that I can think of is the location of hotel, conveniently located near major attractions)
