I stayed here for six months and felt very comfortable. All the staff were always very kind and caring. Although the area isn't exactly the safest, the staff made it the safest. I would come back even as a woman on my own and would recommend the accommodation to everyone. The location is great, the roof terrace is beautiful, and the rooms are always clean and just perfect.
We had an incredible stay at the Reserve. The room was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited to our needs. Esther was an absolute gem throughout our visit—warm, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. She truly made our stay unforgettable! Can’t wait to be back
The Reserve is special because of its location in the heart of the city. Its biggest pros are also its biggest cons. Being in the CBD is great because you've got walkable access to a myriad of goods and services, but you've got to contend with noise 24/7. The building looks old and charming, and thus requires lots of maintenance. The windows are thin and let in the cold antarctic wind. The unit is self-catering, which is excellent if you enjoy cooking, but the refrigerator is very loud. Nitpicks aside, The Reserve is clean and secure, has excellent and friendly staff, and located in middle of one of the world's most beautiful cities. It's hard to argue with the value for money.
