Stayed at The Residences last week end on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious, fully furnished, and kitchenette was a great bonus. Perfect location for a family stay. Will definitely back next Holiday!
The biggest shout out to the concierge staff ivan and his team, who has been so accommodating and nothing but excellent helping us get checked in despite our agoda booking having a hiccup. The maintenance and housekeeping staff who was so excellent in providing all of our needs since travelling with a baby entails ALOT (cooking utensils, extra linens, even fixed the washing machine and installed a missing water heater on the spot). Though the property itself showed quite alot of wear and tear and could benefit with a refresh and renovation, the staff service and management running this place will make you gloss over that. Also a great tip is to not skimp on their offered breakfast! Such good value and tastes so delicious! Cannot recommend this more to people who are looking for an apartment hotel type place in bgc who needs space, kitchen, laundry! Amazing! Thanks again!
Best value for Money! 2nd time I stayed here. Love the location. It’s just in front of SM Aura. The room that we have was so spacious. We had a good time.
