The Residences at Puri Casablanca

Lovely hotel. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are wonderful. Large pool with both shallow and deep areas surrounded by lush gardens. Rooms are big and there is an amenity menu should you need anything not in the room.

Staying at Shangri-La Jakarta was an incredibly satisfying experience. This is truly one of the five-star hotels I would gladly recommend. The food selection is diverse, offering cuisines from various countries. From appetizers to main courses to desserts—everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The swimming pool is spacious and deep, with water play areas that are perfect for both kids and adults. The gym is well-equipped, offering a good variety of workout options. There’s also a sauna, jacuzzi, and tennis court, which add even more value to the stay. Personally, I really liked the interior design—classic and vintage touches throughout the rooms, elevators, and overall hotel give a luxurious and timeless feel. The service was exceptional; staff were warm, helpful, and attentive. The only downside was that the hotel can get quite crowded, especially in the restaurant area, which sometimes made it hard to find seating. Still, it remains one of my favorite places to stay in Jakarta.

Staying at Shangri-La Jakarta was truly amazing. My wife, 2 kids and I stayed here for 3 beautiful nights. The guest relations team of Komang, Emily, Andita, Nazwa, Syfa, Elisa & Halesya were very welcoming and checked on us via WhatsApp on a daily basis to see if we needed anything at all. They even offered to help us carry our bags on the day we arrived and book us restaurants for our meals and even theme park and indoor playground tickets. We actually planned this surprise trip to celebrate my son’s belated birthday and the guest relations team and Shangri-La Jakarta surprised us with nice birthday decorations in the room and an awesome birthday cake as well. The buffet breakfast spread was phenomenal. They had a wide range of breakfast and food selection from the local Indonesian cuisine, to Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Indian cuisine, continental cuisine and their exceptional array of pastries and bakery items which we were all spoilt for choices. The almond croissant was super delicious as well as the Indian cuisine. The SATOO restaurant team of Kartini, Benny and Robby were super friendly and ensured we had everything taken care of for breakfast. The room really nice, cozy and comfy and the swimming pool was super lovely and my kids loved the kids swimming area as well. Thank you Shangri-La Jakarta for the wonderful hospitality and experience and the lovely stay! We will be sure to visit again in the near future!
