The Residency Tower

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Residency Tower for two days. From the warm welcome to the impeccable hospitality, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, making every meal enjoyable. Additionally, we required a cab twice during our stay, and the hotel arranged it seamlessly with just a quick phone call to the reception. Everything functioned perfectly, and there was hot water available at all times of the day. Couple friendly. Check in and check out times are very convenient. The comfort and attention to detail made our stay outstanding, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience.

Great experience. Had an opportunity to host an event there and the service and coordination was really top notch. The food served was tasty.

During the past twelve years I have stayed in this hotel for nearly twenty times and have always wanted to come back for the cozy room, good food and good service. We are currently staying in a renovated room (603), but quite disappointed with the quality of workmanship in the room. 1. Several uneven/loose patches on the floor where the tiled and the wood-like sections of the floor are connected. 2. Not enough storage place in the closet, no shelves, only one hanger! 3. Shower area poorly designed, shower water splashes outside. Not enough space in the shower area to keep toiletries. The non-slip mat was unclean. 4. Extra toilet paper roll not provided. Bathroom amenities fewer than what I found on earlier occasions. 5. Buffet dinner and breakfast had a good spread, but the staff did not appear welcoming and helpful. I am not sure if I would return to what was one of my favorite hotels.
