The Residency Towers Puducherry

✨ Overall Experience Mesmerized by the stay at this hotel! One of my best experiences so far. We stayed here overnight from 11 April 2025 to 12 April 2025. 🛏️ Room & Comfort 1. Spacious and spotless room and washroom. 2. Both digital and manual controls for lighting, curtains, etc., added to the comfort. 3. We booked two rooms as a family, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us interconnected rooms with a common door—made our stay much more convenient. 4. Mattresses were comfortable. 🙋‍♂️ Staff & Service 1. Polite, humble, and responsive staff—ready to help at the slightest inconvenience. 2. One staff member promptly brought a book I had requested from their library without any hassle. 3. We had a last-minute laundry request, and the staff handled it smoothly, delivering everything on time. Overall service was prompt and efficient. 🍽️ Food & Dining 1. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. 2. The buffet had great variety and taste—the experience was rich, flavorful, and uncompromised. 🧴 Amenities 1. All required amenities were available and well-maintained.

The Residency Towers Puducherry is an opulent and splendid hotel. Grand ambience in decor, elegance, superb comfort, ease of rest. The Pavilion restaurant is classic fine dining restaurant. Splendid variety in food fare, excellent hospitality by stewards and stewardesses. House keeping was perfect. Sunil and Jaykrishna were superb housekeeping staff, whose efforts in upkeep in housekeeping was splendid.. I Highly Recommend this hotel. Given its fine ambience, superb food quality and splendid hospitality.

Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Didn't see much difference between Club room and executive room except for price, club room doesn't have a good view outside. On food, worst dinner buffet you can find in any decent hotels (I have eaten buffet in many 4 and 5 star hotels this is the worst). Doesn't worth the price, nothing was fresh looked like and tasted like recycled from previous days leftover. They gave fresh dosai (sour dosai without salt) and butter nann (dry no butter) both items didn't taste good. There was cockroach in the coffee machine in the restaurant during dinner time. I brought this to the attention of the manager (one of the staff acknowledged having pest problem). Breakfast was decent comparatable with other 5 star hotels. Staffs at the restaurant has communication and attitude problem. On the last day of our stay during breakfast the supervisor and a chef almost had a fist fight. After shouting and yelling at each other the chef left the station. Some of the guest at the restaurant left without completing the meal including us.
