The Residency Towers Rameswaram

My second residency stay after Coimbatore. Excellent comfortable and luxurious stay at residency. The staff were excellent and courteous. We felt very secured and happy and safe as I came with my mom and daughter. Special mention to Rose for helping us with our travel arrangements and sightseeing. The food was totally yummy. We enjoyed the variety and the delicacies. Truly a five star experience and strongly recommend to all friends and family.

Hotel is at very good location and beside to main road. Stayed in King with Pool View and rooms maintenance is good, room has the good balcony and spacious. Overall hotel maintenance and cleanness are excellent as per standards, staff hospitality and responsibility are very good. Breakfast is good but not many verities like 5 start hotel. Room price is reasonable because of off season. Room is not ready on time event though we checked in late. they asked us to wait for 30min more, Room AC is not worked properly, gave the complaint 3 times, they fixed properly at 3rd attempt, this is not acceptable for their standards. Food and bar are very expensive, but taste is ok, not worth for that amount. Parking assistance is very bad, they asked to park at basement but there is no lift from basement, no wallet parking, no assistance at basement, we have to come to main entrance and then only should go to the hotel room. Not seen any such premium hotel which doesn't have the lift access from the basement.

Overall quite a nice experience. Located right in the highway. Rooms are well maintained, clean & tidy. Staff were excellent, always smiling & provided instant service. The only downside was the dinner buffet. Price was too high with lack of food variety. Apart from that , all other aspects were superb.
