I had a wonderful experience at the Retreat Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and kindness of the staff made us feel truly welcome. The service was exceptional in every way, with every detail handled with care and professionalism. I would especially like to thank Wedad, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference in our stay. Her dedication and kindness turned a great experience into an unforgettable one. The only point I would suggest for improvement is the buffet and dinner process, as it felt a little bit limiting. Other than that, everything was outstanding, and I highly recommend the Retreat Hotel to anyone seeking comfort, warmth, and top-quality service.

This place is going to be my favorite and must to go! The place is so friendly as well as all the staff there! I felt so very welcomed and comfortable everywhere there. Staff are helpful on the beach and in the hotel. They surprised me with a birthday gift 🥹❤️ We had welcoming drinks and bracelets. Drinks on the pool are limited. They are very sweet and kind helping me to book a taxi and received my order when i was outside the hotel. The rooms are big, toilet too! So very recommend. ❤️❤️

Thanks for a lovely time at the resort. Big thank you to Patrick and Caroline. They were genuinely nice not putting an act on like the rest. View was not great, construction in front, plus working all night, couldn't sleep. Be careful when they clean your room not trusted, things gone missing from my room. Not much to do in the resort. Ive stayed at better resorts in Dubai.
