We have absolutely no regrets or complaints with having our wedding reception at The Rewind Hotel. From working with Bryn and her team to the food from Johnny's, it was all PERFECT. We took advantage of the hotel's (huge) suite for the bridesmaids and myself to get ready in and later for my husband and I to crash in after the party. It was so spacious and clean. Any requests or questions we had, Bryn was quick to answer and help us with our needs. Bryn and her team took A LOT of stress off our plates and made the whole day enjoyable!
We had the absolute best experience having our wedding at The Rewind! Casey and Bryn made the day everything I had hoped for—down to every single detail. My mom and I were able to truly enjoy every second of the day because they handled everything so seamlessly behind the scenes. We received so many compliments from our guests about how smooth and well-executed the entire day was. Casey also has strong relationships with amazing vendors, which made the entire planning process so much easier. He knows exactly how to communicate and coordinate with them, and it really shows in how effortless everything felt. I can’t recommend The Rewind enough—it was the perfect venue with an incredible team. If you’re looking for an stress-free, beautifully executed wedding day, this is the place and team to make it happen!
My family and I stayed in room 612 and had a great experience overall. The room was spotless, and the housekeeper who provided our stay-over service was truly amazing—such a kind and sweet lady! The only issue we ran into was with breakfast. I may have missed it, but I don’t recall being informed that breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. We went downstairs in the morning, got our food from the buffet, and only afterward were asked how we’d like to pay. There was no clear signage or notice that breakfast came at an additional cost, which was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay!
