The Rhino Resort Hotel & Spa

Beautiful place with top notch customer service. The rooms are large and clean. The deco is soft and beautiful. However, I don't think I will be comfortable taking my kids there die to the numerous water points. But very beautiful

Very nice staff, warm, smiling, welcoming, with good hospitality training. The hotel is located in the Heart of Saly with all convenient just outside: malls, shops, cafes, lounges, etc. The hotel isn't by the beach unfortunately but it has a spa with Free access to the pools and jacuzzi and many pools outside (not the most amazing ones though), it has a hair salon etc. I like the scenery of the hotel at night as it has beautiful lights. In the eating areas, not enough staff in my opinion, and lunch and breakfast areas could be reviewed because it's not opened enough (small for my liking). Choice of food is always limited and could be tastier. Rooms are a good size, are clean, beds are pretty comfortable. Please check the bathtubs, I haven't been able to use mine though I wished, as it seemed quite welcoming (mine's tabs and water blocker didn't work). Rok On! Podcast by Rokhaya

The room and service was great but the spa was where I had an issue. I was sick my entire trip in Senegal and wanted an hour massage before I leave tomorrow and they cheated me on time, they they lied about it and said I wanted 30 minutes, yet continued to charge me for a 60 minute massage. Cheating on time is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to the spa because it shows dishonesty. I’m a guest but I dont even want to return for the amenities. Some people feel like they can take advantage of you when you don’t know the language
