I stayed At Room 606 first Time Stay At The rich Jogja very amaze with the design of the hotel I have a great experience during stay here, first of all I Check In With Ms Jessica, she's very humble and helpful, I had a breakfast here and all the food was tasty, the staff there are also friendly and fast response, during the breakfast time Ms Venesia as GRO asked me about my experience during my stay, she's very helpful and friendly. The room is clean, spacious, and the housekeeping staff is also kind. Check out with Mr. Adi he helps to find driver grab and bring my bag to the car. Thank you so much the Rich Jogja
I really got treated like a VIP but at the same time I feel like home. the staff at the Rich Jogya Hotel were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available.The General Manager (Mr.Terra) and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable. I will always stay at this hotel when traveling to or through Yogyakarta.
Old Building, Poorly Maintained The hotel has potential with its classic architecture, but unfortunately, it is not well-maintained. The walls and furniture look worn out, and some facilities feel outdated. The room had a musty smell, and cleanliness could be improved. While the location might be convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. With proper renovation and care, this place could be charming, but for now, it feels neglected.
