The Rilano Munich Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I was very happy with our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to the U-Bahn and a shopping center featuring restaurants, a Penny market, Rewe, a drugstore, and more right next door. The staff was very friendly, and we had no issues there. The room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable, complete with a warm and heavy blanket. The bedside tables with lights were very convenient, and the bathroom was excellent. Additionally, tea was provided in our room. The only things I felt were missing were some small plates and a mini fridge for water and snacks.

Not the best experience I have ever had to be honest - the hotel itself is semi modern and some nice areas on the ground floor such as a small beer garden , however the staff were average at best , the rooms are small and lack basic facilities ( no water provided , no iron , only one pillow) the double beds was uncomfortable and was two singles placed together , the lift is old and slow for the amount of floors. There was a room service menu in the room however when I went to call one evening I was told they 'have no room service right now' so I had to get dressed and go down to the resturant - food quality wasn't great either.

Staff is very nice - good service. Rooms are clean, but very small. Beds could be more comfortable. Shower is a desaster - takes forever to warm up and the water pressure is too weak to call it a shower. Not to mention that you need to turn it to cold (blue) to get it to warm up.
