The Rise Suites Hotel Chiang Mai SHA Extra Plus

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three nights. The room was very clean, and each room was equipped with an air purifier. All the staff were very friendly and always provided timely assistance whenever we needed it. The hotel has a quiet restaurant suitable for working, as well as a gym and swimming pool, which can meet almost all guests’ needs. However, we encountered an unpleasant issue during checkout. The front desk claimed that a towel was missing from the room, but in fact, it was due to housekeeping failing to replace a towel on the second day. We spent quite a long time explaining and clarifying this misunderstanding during checkout. I hope future guests, if they encounter similar situations, can record a video as evidence or promptly inform the staff. Aside from this small incident, everything about the hotel was perfect and definitely worth the price. I would love to come back again.

It’s the first time I come to Chiangmai, I choose this hotel, because they provide very good services, help me receive my package from online shopping, help us keep the luggage when I need to be outside, and give us free bottles of water when we were waiting Taxi. The speed of replying your email is quick when you send inquiry. But the water whether too hot or too cold, hard to control, if hotel can fix that problem, that will be perfect. If you come to Chiangmai, The Rise Suites Hotel is a good choice.

Simply the best hotel I've tried in Chiang Mai, even one of my favorites in Thailand so far! Rooms are large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is also located in a quiet area, no vehicles sound heard from the rooms. On the other hand there's not much to do in the direct vicinity, better to have a vehicle for your stay (or use vtc/taxi apps). The pool is wonderful, covered and offering beautiful views at sunset. The best part being the restaurant : the Sugar & Eggs Cafe has a wonderful Chef 🤩 I ate there everyday during my stay, tried several dishes, all were perfectly cooked and delicious 🫠. Finally the staff is welcoming, helpful and efficient. I'll definitely come back here on my next time in Chiang Mai.
