An unforgettable hotel experience! From start to finish, this was hands down the best stay I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional — every single staff member, from valet to check-in to check-out, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The attention to detail and the way they served us was truly impressive. Words honestly fall short. We were a family group spread across six rooms, and every one of us left feeling incredibly happy and satisfied. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team working on August 1st and 2nd — you made our stay truly special. 🙏

Absolutely loved our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the hotel was breathtaking. The attention to detail in the interior design is exceptional. The chandeliers, soaring ceilings, and elegant furnishings in the lobby created a truly awe-inspiring welcome. The rooms were equally impressive. Thoughtfully curated artwork and a supremely comfortable layout (even the couch!) made it feel luxurious and homey all at once. Our room was quiet and serene, thanks to excellent soundproofing (even with jet skis buzzing nearby, we couldn’t hear a thing.) The view was stunning, and the food? Absolutely delicious. But what truly set this stay apart was the service. The staff were outstanding; genuinely kind, incredibly attentive, and almost too helpful (if that’s even possible!). Hands down, the best hotel service I’ve experienced to date. Can’t wait to return!

Our first family trip from Azerbaijan to Abu Dhabi has left us with unforgettable memories, all thanks to the outstanding hospitality and world-class service at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless and we were treated like royalty throughout our stay. Cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel — from the sparkling rooms to the meticulously maintained public areas. The attention to hygiene and detail was second to none, making us feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. The swimming pool and private beach were absolutely stunning. The pool was spacious and clean and with perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The beach was serene and pristine, with soft sands and calm waters — ideal for both adults and children. Every amenity was thoughtfully designed and exceeded our expectations. From the fitness center to the kids’ club, spa, and beautiful garden areas, we had access to everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the food. Every meal was a masterpiece! The quality, presentation, and taste of the cuisine were simply impeccable. We dined at several of the hotel’s restaurants, and each one offered a unique and flavorful experience, especially The Forge steakhouse, Giornotte and the Lebanese Mijana. However, Mijana truly stood out. The food there was nothing short of extraordinary and we had the special honor of meeting Chef Mr. Saleh, who personally came out to greet us and ask about our experience — a gesture we will never forget. His warmth and talent were evident in every bite. The waiters at Mijana and throughout the hotel restaurants were incredibly professional, courteous and attentive, making every meal feel like a celebration. The staff at The Ritz-Carlton deserve special recognition. Every single team member greeted us with a smile, creating an atmosphere of genuine warmth and hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Anjali at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Also, a special mention to Osman in the lobby, who treated us and our children to coffee and sweets upon arrival — such a lovely and welcoming treat that instantly made us feel at home. This trip was more than just a vacation — it was an experience we will always treasure. Thanks to the incredible team at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, our first family journey abroad was absolutely amazing.
