The Ritz Carlton Aruba

This place is fantastic. The people complaining about service on the beach are those “never happy unless they are unhappy” types. For 3 straight days there was an average of 5 people per hour asking me if I needed anything on the beach. Service and friendliness are off the chart everywhere here. Friendly, helpful, and also accommodating. All of restaurants on site are fantastic and very accommodating of allergies (gluten for us). Cannot say enough great things and we will be back for a 4th time soon.

My husband and I recently had the most amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba location. Service was phenomenal. Truly the best service we’ve ever received on vacation. I highly suggest a couples massage at their spa and a cabana rental. A special shout out to Shaniqua she helped organize our stay and is truly such an amazing person. Her personality is perfect for her role at the Ritz and she makes you feel so cared for. In addition our pool side server was one of the kindest humans we’ve ever met, Gregory thank you for your hospitality and kindness! Your infectious spirit made our stay so memorable. We feel so blessed to have met such wonderful friends.

Everything was beyond excellent. I had the most spiritual experience. The staff at beach and Pool deserve the best tip ever. I have a beautiful pictures with them. May God bless them beyond measures. I am so impressed and I have been to alot of places. Can't say enough Thank you all staff and restaurant for a wonderful trip Can't wait to go again and met extremely nice people.
