The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch

Absolutely stunning, this hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the views are 360°. A gateway with your significant other, family vacation, or a girls trip, this place is suitable for all crows. Us girls had an amazing time since the spa has everything you can possible need from Oxygen bar, massages, facials, nails, hair, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi, showers and lounges. The ski lift is in the backyard of the hotel, so I can't wait to come during winter season. The hotel is only 18 minutes from Vail and 10 from Beaver Creek Village. They also have shuttles.

Our family had a wonderful time here. It’s scenic and peaceful with high quality food and accommodations. The staff were incredible and always outdid themselves. This was highlighted when we left our 5 YOs stuffed bunny behind and the entire staff rallied to help us find it. Chase outdid himself by calling us and asking if we’d like photos of bunny enjoying her extra nights at the hotel before her voyage back home via FedEx. We’re so grateful for this experience and this was something we will remember the rest of our lives!

This is not the quality or service you expect from a Ritz property. We were in room 218 and the AC did not work properly, hallways to our room were warm. Service at the pool by Mai was exceptional. Front seat was not customer friendly, phone system was antiquated as you press valet button and takes 3 transfers to get to valet stand. Food was average, the Spa was 4-5 stars my massage was good and amenities were nice.
