The Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour Miami

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, welcoming, and truly five-star. This place has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. The people were so welcoming. It’s such a quiet place, with the most breath taking hotel view. I sat on the balcony for a couple hours each day just taking it all in. I felt like royalty. I’m 100% going back. It was SO CLEAN. If you need something, they are on it.

The staff is the high point of the hotel. I found them to be uniformly pleasant and helpful. The hotel somehow makes very good hiring decisions. The room was nice though there was a large entry area by the door that really should have been furnished because it looked very bare. The hotel is located far from south beach and mid beach where a lot of the excitement is. The rooms look out over a channel, not really the ocean though you can see it.
