⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Unforgettable Stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali I had the pleasure of spending my summer vacation at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali with my wife and kids, and I can honestly say it was one of the most remarkable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the team’s customer obsession, incredible attention to detail, and unwavering bias for action. What truly stood out was their attitude of never saying “no.” Every request—big or small—was handled with such grace, speed, and warmth that it felt as though the entire team was dedicated solely to making our stay extraordinary. Whether it was personalized touches for the kids, thoughtful gestures for my wife, or anticipating our needs before we even voiced them, the Ritz-Carlton Bali redefined what hospitality means. I’ve stayed at many world-class hotels, but this one easily ranks as the most customer-centric hotel in the world so far. The blend of luxury, heartfelt service, and genuine care created memories we will cherish forever. We are already looking forward to our next stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali, and to creating many more unforgettable moments with them.

We truly enjoyed our two-night stay! The view was OMG overlooking the beautiful beach and blue ocean. Service from the front to the room attendants was over the top, and our North American Ritz-Carlton ones were not even close to it. Shout out to Suryas at the front for her courteous, helpful and attentive service, making us feel right at home. The breakfast buffet, although in the higher price range (it's The Ritz, after all), offered a wide selection of options, even for the most discerning eaters. Thank you for giving us memorable stay moments.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy a private beachside dinner close to our hotel. There were several options, but The Ritz was the most appealing because their website was informative and included photos of an elegantly decorated beachside dinner and bonfire, along with a menu that sounded appetizing. It was easy to contact the coordinator via WhatsApp and make a reservation. They confirmed the reservation two days before and requested full payment, which I thought was fair given the amount of preparation needed. When we arrived everything went smoothly from the buggy from the main building to the beach, the server who kindly provided a bottle of wine that we really loved, but was not part of the complimentary list, the chef who expertly prepared our delicious meal, the ocean ambiance, the manager who greeted us and wanted to ensure our comfort by offering a shawl bc of the strong winds, the bonfire to end the night, and when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the surprise bouquet of roses and dessert with a “Happy 15th Wedding Anniversary” message. It was one of our favorite experiences in Bali and we are so grateful for the staff at The Ritz for making our anniversary dinner so special and unforgettable!
