The Ritz Carlton Chengdu

Last year, I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and what an amazing experience it has been. The rooms were clean, big and had a nice view of the city. The Pool and Spa area was never crowded and well staffed as well. What really made the experience special, was the excellent service that the staff provided, from helping us plan our travel itinerary, offering us drinks at the hotel bar, and helping us whenever needed. Also I can recommend the breakfast that offers a huge variety ranging from western to Chinese options, pastries, and fruits. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcomed on our first night in China, and I hope to be back at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu soon!

Our room had breathtaking city views, a spacious marble bathroom, and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The amenities, including the indoor heated pool, the luxurious spa, and the state-of-the-art fitness center, exceeded all expectations. Whether you are visiting for business, family travel, a romantic getaway, or simply to explore Sichuan culture, this five-star hotel delivers an experience that is second to none. Decent location with night food street nearby. Convenient store right below. Room and lobby carries old luxury vibes. Overall non smoking room is free from smoke smell except for 1 of the nights. Considered quite good. Only downside is the switching of lifts to access to room.
