We stayed at Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas for two nights, and it was hands down the best resort we've ever been to! Although it was previously owned by Four Seasons, we found this Ritz-Carlton to be even better than a few Four Seasons properties we’ve stayed at in the past. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly helpful and attentive — they didn’t just answer our questions, they led the way. The level of service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. Each on-site restaurant served delicious food — we enjoyed every meal. Our favorite features were the amazing kids club, the enormous indoor gym, and the relaxing outdoor swimming pool. As a sweet surprise, the resort even offered us a generous complimentary dessert platter! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury getaway with top-notch service and family-friendly amenities!
I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience at this incredible place. From the moment I registered with Omar to the valet services provided by Gil and Nicholas, and the outstanding assistance from Alex outside, everything was exceptional. This is, without a doubt, the best place I've ever visited! The atmosphere felt like family, and everyone was treated with respect, regardless of skin color. My children were so happy that they didn’t want to leave! To top it off, I was surprised with complimentary wine and chocolate to celebrate my 42nd birthday. This will be our go-to spot every time we are in the area. Thank you all for your outstanding service; we can’t wait to spread the word about this amazing experience at the Ritz!
Very disappointed! This is how it was, when we arrived. Someone left it on the floor in the hallway.(see photo) We called front desk and asked them to be cleaned. After 2 days it as still there! Booked golf class for our children. We're told to wait by the front desk, in order for them to be picked up. Never happened. We ended up asking bellboy to take us to the golf course and by then, instructor was gone. Came back after. Ended up having class for 40 min! Instead of an hour. Very disorganized!!! Had breakfast twice and both times we received several apologies! Because we had to wait for it over 35 minutes! This is not Ritz service! Will not recommend! AC was so loud in the room. I believe this is an original equipment. Ordered lunch in the pool area, the cheeseburger was very cold and very poor quality meat! Overpriced! Tacos were so oily and greasy, it was absolutely terrible.
