Unmatched Luxury and World-Class Service! From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton in Denver, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches throughout our room. The suites are spacious, elegant, and offer incredible city and mountain views.
Our arrival to the hotel didn’t start off great, we were promised an early check-in time but ended up waiting around 90 minutes for a room to be ready which caused us to be very late to an event. However, the hotel responded kindly and they were apologetic. Hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel is overall very beautiful, rooms are very clean. There are multiple outlets including USB ports for charging. Room service is prompt and meals included a variety of condiments. Overall a really nice hotel. I felt comfortable and safe.
The Denver Ritz was a perfectly fine upscale Marriott experience but it for sure seems time for renovations. Setting aside the less than stellar immediately surrounding area, the rooms had substantial visual wear and tear and the amenities in the building were limited compared to other domestic Ritz properties. With that said - it was still a clean, relaxing, and higher end stay at the property. But for the Ritz branding/expectations I'd say it's time for an investment.
