The Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale

I came to the Ritz with a day pass and I must say I wasn't disappointed! The Ritz Carlton welcomed me like a princess. The valets were really nice and very, very welcoming.The pool staff also took good care of me, always asking if I needed anything without bothering me. I had an incredible ocean view and I must also say that not having to think about your towel and having some available was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel for day passers!

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids in a double queen room that overlooked the pool/ocean. In typical Ritz Carlton fashion, the service was impeccable by everyone from the pool attendants, bartenders, concierges and cleaning team. Incredibly attentive. Rooms were just ok, not bad by any means, but it’s an older hotel. They were super clean and comfortable but not the most modern. Beach access and private bridge was fantastic. I would 1000% come back.

We stopped in into Ritz this morning to have breakfast. To be honest, we have stopped eating and staying at the Ritz Carlton's because the service and level of excellence has dipped so badly. But this morning !!! a waitress named Grace!! Has renewed our hope and the Ritz Carlton returning to what it once was! This waitress was so unbelievable. I explained to her that I love my coffee, extra hot. She not only steamed my milk. She not only got me a fresh pot of coffee. She also warmed my cup to ensure my coffee would be hot. Every time I needed a refill she asked me if I would like a fresh cup. I always order my toast. Well done. I literally have to say burn it to even get it crunchy my toast came out perfectly cooked. She was so pleasant and so enjoyable to be around . Ritz Manager's if you were listening, you need to let this lady be part of your training program she exemplifies and exudes with the Ritz Carlton once was ! A place of service that was simply over the top!
