The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown exceeded every expectation and then some. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and attentive in every way. The experience was elevated even further with delightful surprises like complimentary champagne upon arrival and an evening happy hour featuring an incredible bananas foster and specialty cocktail station that felt straight out of a dream. The hotel itself is stunning. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and unbelievably relaxing—a true sanctuary in the heart of the city. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the serene atmosphere, spoke to the Ritz’s signature elegance and commitment to excellence. All just a short walk from it all! The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown is the embodiment of luxury and hospitality done right. I can’t wait to return!

We just returned from a night away at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, and our stay was absolutely perfect. The property is beautiful, and our room was spotless and ready early, huge thanks to Digbyana for making that happen so we could freshen up before lunch. Edward served up some fantastic mocktails before our dinner reservation, and Luis was incredibly helpful at checkout, accommodating us by storing our leftovers and luggage so we could explore a bit more before heading home. Highly recommend! The location is ideal, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.

Lovely stay, amazing location with tons of amazing food options in walking distance. Was there during the heatwave and staff brought me not only a fan but also dehumidifier. Unfortunately, you can see that humidity did permeate to the bathroom where you can see some mold spores on the ceiling below. (room 222) Room was well appointed but was garden level with windows that looked on out street / parking so alas shades stayed shut mostly. Would absolutely return.
