The Ritz Carlton Istanbul

Wow! Everything about our experience was over the top amazing. As you’d expect at a Ritz, the room was beautiful and luxurious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom lovely. But the part of our experience that really left a lasting impression was the staff. They were so kind, helpful, genuine and caring. I couldn’t be more pleased with the concierge staff. They were helpful, proactive and always found a way to delight and amaze us. This was one of the best hotel experiences, I’ve ever had - and I travel very frequently. The location is perfect, too. Definitely, definitely choose this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz Carlton, and while the overall experience was outstanding, I must admit that the hotel's style didn't completely align with my personal taste. I tend to gravitate towards more modern aesthetics, and the decor here felt a bit nostalgic, reminiscent of my grandma's house. However, the exceptional service truly made up for this minor preference. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I loved my experience at the Ritz Carlton and would highly recommend it for its stellar service, even if the decor wasn’t exactly my style. It’s really busy in this area so it’s not that quiet. You can hear traffic and a lot of stuff going on, we were on the ninth floor, and it was still pretty loud

I always visit Istanbul, and always thought to myself that I will stay here on my next trip. And finally I managed to stay here. It was pretty lovely, the staff is eagerly waiting to help you. Best thing is, if you get some club lounge access. You’ll get a great view and nice drinks also. Breakfast was also very good. Everything is clean and tidy. Had mentioned that it was more like a honeymoon trip but this I think went under…
