The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were treated wonderfully by the staff. They took care of us at every opportunity and were always on hand to assist in any way we needed. Our room (two bedroom terrace suite) was beautiful, clean and spacious and had just about everything we could have wanted. Room service was superb, the staff were exceptional in making our stay truly special. The resort facilities were amazing, plenty to do and to keep us occupied during our stay. The pool facilities were great, clean and safe. The range of restaurants in the resort is great, in particular The View was exceptional in terms of service and quality. Overall, our stay (7 nights) was a wonderful experience. It was made all the more special by the staff who took such great care of us.

We visit Thailand every year, and this year we came to The Ritz-Carlton to celebrate our son Ari’s first birthday – and I have to say, this hotel is on a whole different level: perfect and flawless. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer breathtaking views. It’s a resort with endless opportunities for enjoyment – from the pool to the spa and a huge kids’ club filled with games! The service and staff are so kind, respectful, and attentive. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in!
