The Ritz Carlton Los Angeles

Amazing stay! This is our favorite hotel in LA. We love the location as it is central to LA and of course the service cannot be beat. We love the spacious rooms even for their entry level rooms. We always get the club lounge as we enjoy the service, snacks, wine and drinks and the tranquility of the lounge. This last time we met Darius who was exceptionally attentive. His partner (Josh) was attentive and offered me and my wife something to drink. We had champagne of course! Our check in was smooth as Harrison and previously Andres were very helpful and the Bellman David was friendly and helpful. The valet of course always is great and we love the service that they provide but kudos to Joshua who always is friendly. Love this place!

I stayed with my husband and our two toddlers for two nights and I felt so well taken care of. At nicer properties we’re not always shown a warm welcome, but Nikko at reception made us feel incredibly welcomed. He even gave our little ones these adorable Ritz stuffed animals. Our room was spacious and packed full of small touch amenities. Can’t say enough great things about the property and staff. 10/10 recommend.

Outstanding 5-star hotel. I stayed with Amex Fine Hotels, and they gave me an incredible upgrade to a massive suite with a separate living room, foyer, and 2nd bathroom. They also gave me complimentary access to the lounge, as it was my first time staying there. The food in the lounge is great and better than the breakfast at the shared restaurant that serves the other hotel. The gym is very good with ample equipment, including a good set of weights. They have a rowing machine too, which is not always found in other hotel gyms. The bed was super comfortable even for a side-sleeper like myself. Overall, this is a 5-star experience, and I will certainly stay here again if I visit downtown LA.
