We had an incredible time during our stay at the Ritz Mexico City. The hotel is pet-friendly and they went above and beyond in making our doggo and us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. During our visit, there was block-wide power outage (not the hotel’s fault), and the team handled it with total professionalism. They made sure we could safely and easily get to our room and checked in on us to ensure all our needs were met. And the views? Absolutely stunning. Floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic scenes of the city—truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming experience in CDMX.

Prime location with attentive and hospitable staff - a great hotel with stunning city views. Pros: -Friendly staff! Concierge, valet, and bellhops all fantastic… -Clean spacious rooms with great A/C -Reliable room service -Relaxing environment all around Cons: -Our unit’s shower had consistent intermittent episodes of scalding hot water action, which was not exactly pleasant -Shower glass door needed new silicone caulking, as some water leaked through the bottom from the shower -Lobby elevators smell very strongly of vanilla (which may or may not be your thing… it was a little strong for me) Overall, would definitely come here again!

Excellent food and service. Great views. Walking distance to Chapultepec Castle and the U.S. Embassy. A short cab (or tour bike-taxi) ride to the Zocalo and Belles Artes. We had to leave a day early at the last minute and there were no issues.
