Our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal truly felt like something out of a storybook. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff weren’t just professional—they were warm, funny, and genuinely attentive. They helped us plan our adventures around town with ease and always made us feel completely at home. We were in Montreal for a festival, and even with all the excitement of a busy weekend, the service never missed a beat. Every detail—from the thoughtful touches to the gracious hospitality—was handled with care. It’s no exaggeration to say the experience was unforgettable. I enjoyed it so much, I extended my stay by another day—which is something I rarely ever do! If I had one small suggestion, it would be to modernize the in-room TV system to allow guests to easily connect their personal streaming services. That aside, The Ritz-Carlton, Montreal is pure luxury, warmth, and elegance. If you’re visiting the city and want a memorable, five-star experience—this is where the magic happens.

World Class experience.From the entrance the staff greet you with smile,and gave us towels and waters.We smoothly check in asking how is our travel,very friendly staff and fairly treated well. The location was perfect right in the middle of everything the service was perfect whatever you need they were there to help the room was pretty big for a hotel and it was also a massive building and it was also really fancy and it was literally in middle of everything perfect location. Room service is spectacular.The staff at the pool is very patience and helpful to us. I would highly recommend.

We were greeted by kind staff—who offered drinks, chocolate, etc. (they even took our luggage up to the room) Upon entering the room, we thought it was a castle at first, and kids got their own bathrobes and stuffed animal lions. The pool was small but comfortable — however, it can get loud with kids. Highly recommend this place for those in search of the ultimate hotel experience
