I make frequent trips here as a weekend getaway from Florida. Sometimes I don’t even leave the hotel. The jazz bar and food served there are absolute bliss, relaxing and like stepping into another world. The spa is phenomenal and I enjoy using the gym. A whole self care space in an unlikely location New Orleans 😉

The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans - Club Level (Thanksgiving Stay) Our Thanksgiving stay at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, particularly our experience with the Club Level, was truly exceptional and stands out as the best club level experience we've encountered. The Club Level itself was the absolute highlight. The food offerings were consistently outstanding, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable – attentive, warm, and highly professional. The space was spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly welcoming, creating a truly luxurious and comfortable retreat. A special mention must go to the grits served in the Club Level; they were, without a doubt, the best we've since moving and evoked a wonderful sense of home cooking, a rarity since our move to the Pacific Northwest. Our room on the Club Level mirrored this excellence: clean, roomy, and featuring incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a restful stay. While the Club Level experience was flawless, our check-in process initially presented some challenges. However, the situation was promptly and efficiently resolved by a receptionist we believe was named Q, whose professionalism and helpfulness turned the situation around. The hotel's gym facilities were impressive – large, with ample space and a good variety of equipment, which I thoroughly enjoyed utilizing. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for the holidays, adding a festive touch to our visit. However, we did notice that some areas in the main lobby were in need of a bit of upkeep, presenting a noticeable contrast to the pristine and welcoming environment of the Club Level and our room. Unfortunately, our Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel's restaurant was quite underwhelming and, in our opinion, not worth the cost. For future holiday meals, we would highly recommend exploring the many fantastic dining options available in the French Quarter instead. In summary, while there were minor areas for improvement, the unparalleled Club Level experience, combined with the excellent service and comfortable accommodations, made our Thanksgiving stay at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, truly memorable. The Club Level is a definite must-do for anyone considering a stay.

The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans is a standout. Located right on Canal Street, just steps from the French Quarter, it blends elegance with that unmistakable New Orleans charm. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed — especially thanks to Mr. Kermit at the front. He greeted everyone with genuine warmth and joy. One guest called him “the sunshine,” and it couldn’t be more accurate. He set the tone for a truly exceptional visit. The hotel is beautiful, the food consistently great, and the event spaces were perfect for the business conference I attended. I’ve seen the rooms too — comfortable, stylish, and well cared for. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish.
